Ether Trio is an international piano trio that brings a fresh perspective to classical music, with a particular focus on the rich repertoire of the late Romantic and early 20th centuries — from the intimate poetry of Schumann to the vibrant colors of Ravel. Their interpretations are grounded in historical performance practices, illuminating each work with authenticity.What sets Ether Trio apart is the unique combination of backgrounds within the ensemble: Argentine pianist Adrián Pellegrino and Spanish cellist Marta Jiménez are both dedicated specialists in historically informed performance, while French violinist Camille brings a background in jazz that adds fluidity and spontaneity to the group’s sound.Based in the Netherlands, Ether Trio is committed to making classical music accessible to all.
